Big Woods Restaurant in Noblesville, Indiana is hiring Restaurant Servers who are friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced food service environment and love creating great guest experiences, this is a strong opportunity to join a growing Indiana‑based restaurant group.

Big Woods Restaurants is a locally rooted hospitality brand with eight locations across Indiana. We’re known for warm service, handcrafted cocktails, local brews, and Midwestern comfort food. Our team also partners closely with Hard Truth Restaurant, Hard Truth Distilling Co., and Quaff ON! Brewing Co. to bring craft and community to every guest experience.

What You’ll Do (Server Responsibilities)

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Present menus and answer questions about food, drinks, and specials
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary needs
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
