Job Overview:
A Dock & Drink Server Assistant will work closely with Servers. Server Assistants will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, bussing the tables and other daily operations. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment for all. A Dock & Drink Server Assistant will engage in conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. In summary, our Server Assistant is mainly responsible for servicing food and beverage to include the delivery of any food and beverage items within our seasonal venue. To be successful, our Dock & Drink Server Assistant will perform in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
This is a seasonal role with the assignment expected to start in July 2026 and due to end in October 2026. The end date is subject to change. This position is based at our seasonal outdoor venue, Dock & Drink, and will involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
