Position Overview

The Server Assistant plays a critical support role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience, operating with awareness, urgency, and a strong sense of teamwork. This position requires versatility and a willingness to step in wherever needed, ensuring that every table is properly set, maintained, and supported throughout service. Working closely with Servers and the broader team, the Server Assistant helps drive the pace and flow of the dining room while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness. This role goes beyond support, it is an active contributor to the guest experience, with the expectation to anticipate needs, assist without hesitation, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel supported.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

  • Demonstrate sincere hospitality toward both guests and team members, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment
  • Remain attentive to the dining room, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to support the overall experience
