Position Summary

The Restaurant Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the restaurant's management team through a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. This position serves as the organizational hub of the restaurant, helping ensure efficient daily operations while upholding the high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and excellence synonymous with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the restaurant management team, including purchasing, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, record management, and filing.
  • Accurately process new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and other personnel documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist with reconciling operational paperwork, including guest receipts, vendor invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Partner with management to maintain inventory levels and support proper cost controls.
  • Answer incoming guest telephone calls professionally and provide exceptional hospitality.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and standard operating practices.
  • Assist with special projects, reports, and operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
