Responsive Deployment Jobs in Texas (NOW HIRING)

DecisionPoint is seeking experienced Readiness & Resource Management (Deployment) Personnel. Personnel will be responsible for ensuring entries into the Joint Cyber Command and Control - Readiness (JCC2-R) program and other reporting platforms are correct and completed in a timely manner.  They will also be responsible for processing squadron level Contingency, Exercise, and Deployment (CED) orders as well as maintaining the readiness folders for squadron personnel.  They will brief squadron leadership on the readiness level of the squadron personnel and coordinate with Group and Wing level personnel for the reporting.  This specific position will be supporting the National CPT squadrons (833 COS and 836 COS) in San Antonio Texas.  We expect that the actual work performed will be on JBSA-Lackland on the Chapman Annex.

This position is onsite at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).

• Assist in the management of the squadron's Defense Readiness Reporting System and Deliberate Crisis Action Planning Execution Segment, Unit Training Assessment, and monthly reporting requirements. 

• Monitor and maintain crew and mission schedules via Joint Cyber Command and Control- Reporting (JCC2-R) or customer-directed system to facilitate member and crew readiness and ensure correct Unit Type Code/Deployment Availability Code status, training and testing is accomplished prior to deployment.

• Ensure each military person assigned to the squadron has a deployment folder and maintains basic deployment readiness requirements in accordance with Air Force instructions and the base's Installation Deployment Plan.

• Upon receipt of mission deployment tasking, the contractor will coordinate with team leadership to assist personnel with deployment processing.

Required Skills:

• Must be responsive and able to interact with the users
• Experience in a customer-facing role and excellent customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to perform with little to no supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience monitoring/responding to support requests submitted to a ticketing system

 Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:

• Experience as a Unit Deployment Manager
• Familiarization with DoD structure and terms
• Familiarization with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or Joint Cyber Command and Control Reporting (JCC2-R)
• Familiarization with Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS)
• Familiarization with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
• Familiarization with Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) Reporting Tool (ART)

 Additional Requirements:

• Must complete training associated with position as defined by DoD and squadron
• Occasional travel may be required
• Position is available at JBSA-Lackland, Texas
