The holder of this position will work under the authority of the deputy director of the training in charge of admissions, and will also work in close collaboration with the director of international relations of the PSL University, the director of student life (whose support and welcome services are important factors of attractiveness) and, when necessary, the director of communication (marketing).

Within the training direction (Admissions Pole), the holder of the position will have the mission to develop and implement the international recruitment strategy of PSL, primarily for the following degrees: bachelor's, master's, PhD tracks (qualified incoming mobility). He/she will work on all the upstream actions (prospecting, promotion, admissions), with the objective of developing the reputation and international attractiveness of PSL among its different targets (students, prescribers, alumni, partners), recruiting and retaining the best talents.

He/she will be particularly involved in the launch of the new international bachelor's degrees of the PSL University as well as the strengthening of the PhD tracks.

The international recruitment strategy of PSL

• Design and pilot the international recruitment action plan at two levels:
• General strategy for all PSL University training, in particular in terms of tools, information supports or devices
• Targeted strategy by training and/or geographical area according to the specificities of the courses, their competitive landscape and their candidate targets

In close liaison with the DRI mobilization of the various actors involved in the field of international promotion and recruitment (Campus France spaces and French Institutes - notably in embassies / consulates, student ambassadors, alumni, academic prescribers, etc.)

• Reflection on the improvement of the candidate experience (readability of the training offer and processes, optimization of accompaniment procedures etc.) and the policy of attractiveness and welcome of the best talents (welcome packages, services, integration paths)

INTERNAL COORDINATION

The holder of the position ensures the operational coordination of the actors involved in the recruitment and welcome of international students (implementation of strategic orientations and streamlining of interactions). In this capacity, his/her internal coordination missions concern in particular:

• The PSL component institutions (training heads and their teams, international relations directions, communication directions). Examples: support for admission juries, follow-up of Eiffel scholarships, etc.
• The student welcome services of PSL (housing, welcome desk, social assistance, etc.)
• The director of international relations of PSL: sharing of information on institutional priorities and ongoing partnerships; articulation with the actions carried out by the DRI, in particular in the context of European programs and institutional partnerships
• The director of training of PSL (role of training correspondent / international relations director) on all subjects related to the internationalization of the training offer (European university EELISA, Erasmus Mundus, creation of double degrees, dissemination of calls for projects etc.)

REPORTING AND CROSS-CUTTING ACTIONS

• Managerial management of international recruitment mission managers (one person in the short term, then project of structuring a small team); reflection on the development of the activity (processes, tools, organization)
• Piloting of the annual action plan (fairs, forums, webinars, etc.), then setting up and participating in several of these events
• Benchmarking, research, prospective
• Reporting and statistical balances
• Participation in cross-cutting projects linked to the development of the university's rayonnement and the internationalization of its training offer (ex. Bienvenue en France label, summer schools, etc.)

The internationalization of training is among the priorities of PSL University whose development is particularly dynamic. Subsequent developments, projects or funding requests could thus evolve the present job description beyond the elements listed above.

The position is open to:

• Public sector employees (Category A: By way of detachment on contract)
• Non-public sector employees: CDD of public law of 36 months

• Weekly working time: 39 hours
• Leaves: 25 CP + 24 RTT / full year

Required field(s) of study: Business school / management, Political Sciences, International Relations, Law and public policies etc...

Minimum level of experience required: 6 years.

Significant experience in international recruitment or attractiveness of training would be appreciated.

Operational skills required:

• Project management (organization and anticipation, follow-up, coordination, mediation)
• Great writing skills in French and English (maps, summaries, reports, procedures, etc.)
• Versatility and ability to structure, organize and coordinate international recruitment actions from an operational point of view
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, in a logic of progressive increase
• Reporting and financial follow-up
• Ability to work on complex projects involving various stakeholders (relational skills)

Digital skills required:

• Mastery of office software, reporting tools and project management tools
• Creation of dashboards and retroplannings
• Fluency with candidate relationship management tools (type CRM) would be a plus
