Workplace Investigation LeadSummary: Join Millennium Print Group as a Workplace Investigations Lead!

We're looking for a Workplace Investigations Lead to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll lead sensitive workplace investigations involving employee relations, workplace conduct, ethics, and policy matters while partnering with HR, Safety, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while helping create a fair, safe, and respectful workplace.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead investigations involving employee misconduct, workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, ethics concerns, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
  • Establish and maintain consistent investigation protocols, documentation requirements, and case management practices.
  • Conduct interviews, fact-finding, documentation, and investigative reporting while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
  • Coordinate investigations across Human Resources, Safety, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Identify compliance risks, recurring issues, and systemic concerns and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop training and resources for leaders and HR teams regarding workplace investigations, complaint handling, and escalation procedures.
  • Monitor investigation metrics and trends and provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 7+ years of experience conducting workplace, employee relations, compliance, security, or corporate investigations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience conducting investigations within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, or similarly complex operational environment.
  • Experience working with large hourly workforces, including contingent, temporary, and contract labor populations.
  • Strong interviewing, fact-finding, documentation, report-writing, and investigative skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations practices, and workplace investigation methodologies.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, objectivity, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Security, Compliance, and operational leadership teams.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CFE, AWI, or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or 24/7 manufacturing operations is preferred.
