Pizza Cook
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Pizza Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for making specialty pizzas to order in our Café Mirage & Pizza Pub outlet.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rolling out pizza dough, stretching dough out to fit the screen, and topping according to guest desires
  • Assist the team with day-to-day kitchen operations such as stock rotation, ensuring product quality, and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Makes pizza dough, and sauces
  • Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to the Kitchen Manager.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards.
