What are you motivated by?:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team. 

What youre great at: 

  • Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures. 

  • Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks. 

  • Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

  • Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.

  • Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
