HVAC Service Tech-Residential- $27-$40/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Residential Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience working with residential boilers. The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years experience in Residential HVAC boiler service required
  • Universal EPA Certification required
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Clean background check

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete maintenance calls on various type of HVAC equipment.
  • Read electrical and refrigerant schematics to assist with the diagnosis of issues.
  • Replace various parts on a system to get the unit running for the customer.
  • Performs special or complicated service activities with minimal assistance.
  • Communicate issues with the customer and provide solutions to customer including pricing.
  • Communicate with the office staff the correct timeframes needed to complete repairs.
  • Maintain sufficient tools to complete various repairs.
  • Be a team player and take the initiative to help out other Service Technicians.
  • Full time employee, will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Overtime required based on business needs.
  • Adheres to all safety policies.
  • Attends training opportunities to keep up with industry changes
  • Take responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
