Energy Roofing Companies is a well-established and growing roofing company serving North Florida. We are seeking an experienced Residential Installation Manager to lead residential roofing projects from scheduling
through completion.
This role is responsible for managing crews, materials, timelines, job quality, and customer communication to ensure
each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee residential roofing installations from start to finish
Schedule crews, subcontractors, and materials
Monitor production, job quality, and project timelines
Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards
Resolve installation issues quickly and effectively
Communicate with homeowners, sales, and office teams throughout the project
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
Manage final walkthroughs, punch lists, and job completion
Support crew performance through leadership and accountability
Qualifications
Experience in residential roofing installation, production, or project management
Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and installation practices
Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and crews at once
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
