Responsibilities and tasks: Ensure proper monitoring and completion of work and maintenance Monitor the progress of work with subcontractors at the coordinator's request. Perform maintenance and repair work and various routine maintenance tasks: paint touch-ups, plastering, ceramic tiles, hardware systems for interior and exterior doors, etc. Ensure the cleanliness of the building's interior and exterior, including snow removal, grounds maintenance, and parking lot upkeep. Ensure that building inspection tours are carried out and that equipment is functioning properly.
