Property Management Experience Required

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support operations across three apartment communities totaling 312 apartment homes in Sellersburg, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for a motivated multifamily professional looking to gain multi-site experience and grow into a Community Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across multiple apartment communities
  • Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing
  • Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and collections goals
  • Process resident accounts and financial transactions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, and team support
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
  • Assistant Community Manager, Leasing, or Property Management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
  • Entrata or similar property management software preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
