Location: Silver Memories Health Care - Versailles, IN
We are seeking a skilled PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide flexible occupational therapy services at Silver Memories Health Care in Versailles, IN. This position supports therapy programs designed to enhance residents' independence and functioning under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver occupational therapy treatments following established standards, company policies, and therapy department procedures
  • Conduct resident screenings at regular intervals to assess the need for intervention or treatment, as permitted by state regulations and company guidelines
  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
