Resettlement Case Manager information

What is a resettlement case manager?

Resettlement Case Managers are professionals who assist refugees and other displaced individuals in adapting to life in a new country. They help clients secure housing, access social services, enroll in education or job training programs, and navigate legal or immigration processes. Their primary goal is to support clients' successful integration and self-sufficiency. Case managers often work with community organizations, government agencies, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a resettlement case manager?
