  • 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally including experience building internal analytics tools, research platforms, or production-grade data/analytics workflows.
  • Strong experience coding in Python, including building production-grade scripts and data pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, R, and Excel required.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying code in cloud environments; Azure experience strongly preferred (including Azure Functions or equivalent serverless workflows).
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in incorporating AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit, Cursor, ClaudeCode) into workflows.
  • Familiarity with quantitative methods and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with economics and capital markets; experience in the investment industry.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and coordinate data from disparate sources (including internal systems and external APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort developing tools end-to-end.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and navigate dependencies with other internal teams.
