Role overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Assistant to support our growing portfolio of clinical trials. You will work closely with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and sponsors to ensure smooth trial execution—from patient recruitment through data lock.


What you'll do
  • Assist with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities across multiple active protocols
  • Collect, record, and verify source data in compliance with GCP guidelines and study protocols
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory binders (IRB submissions, essential documents)
  • Coordinate and schedule subject visits, phlebotomy, lab work, and investigational product dispensing
  • Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and IRBs regarding protocol queries and ongoing monitoring
  • Assist in preparation for sponsor monitoring visits and regulatory audits
  • Maintain investigational product accountability logs under PI supervision

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting (internships welcome)
  • Phlebotomy certification and with experience and proficiency
  • Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA & HC regulations is a strong plus
  • Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, INFORM, Veeva Vault) a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
