They are seeking a temporary Research Assistant to join the Grant Jensen Lab, where the role involves groundbreaking research combining artificial intelligence and structural biology, focusing on synthetic data to enhance AI models and accelerate discoveries through cryo-electron tomography.
Responsibilities:
• Comparative AI Analysis and Benchmarking
• CryoET data annotation
• Computational Data Processing and Analysis
• Research Collaboration and Reporting
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related area
• Familiarity of cryoET
• Experience with synthetic cryoET data
• Experience comparing phantom data and synthetic cryo-ET data
• Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
