    Responsibilities:
    • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and helping customers resolve issues.
    • Assisting Agent with daily tasks, reports, appointments, and scheduling.
    • Data entry, transcription, file management, email management, and research.
    • Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
