Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Naukr Ai to add a Customer Experience & Sales Operations Intern to their team in Bentonville, Arkansas! Must be based in Northwest Arkansas. 
 
Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program (working 32-40 hours a week) that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

About the Role:

In this dual-focused internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to the entire technology sales funnel and customer life cycle. You will support lead generation, participate in discovery calls, assist with customer onboarding, and help collect product feedback to ensure high satisfaction rates. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about sales
strategy, relationship-building, and software technology.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:
o Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring new clients set up and adopt the product smoothly.
o Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems to deliver quick, effective solutions.
o Gather customer feedback, identify common pain points, and share actionable insights with the product and sales teams.
o Help analyze customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and contribute to customer retention initiatives.

CRM & Data Operations:
o Maintain and update prospect and customer records in our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
o Help track key sales and CX performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize overall workflows.

Sales Operation & Lead Generation Support
o Research target industries, accounts, and decision-makers to build targeted outreach lists.
o Support outbound outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and warm calls.
o Shadow Account Executives on sales presentations, product demonstrations, and closing calls.
o Assist in preparing customized pitch decks, product proposals, and prospect research briefs.

Qualifications of an ideal candidate:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly explain tech products. High level of empathy and a problem-solving mindset when interacting with clients.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) and a strong eagerness to learn CRM platforms (Twilio, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
•Mobility: High energy and complete willingness to travel frequently to client offices at a short notice as required by deployment schedules.
•The "Challenger" Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude—someone who doesn’t just sit behind a laptop, but actively engages clients to ensure technical success.
