Sitework Project Manager
Position Overview
Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Sitework Project Manager to oversee land development projects from inception to completion. The Sitework Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
This role is Hybrid, with sitework in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Salary is commensurate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Land Development Estimates: Develop accurate cost estimates for sitework and land development projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Contract Review: Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and company standards.
  • Budget Review and Preparation: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
  • Erosion and Sedimentation Control Management: Implement and monitor erosion and sedimentation control plans to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and coordination of all project phases.
  • Coordination with Governmental Agencies: Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to secure permits, approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Utility Review and Management: Coordinate with utility providers to ensure timely installation and integration of utilities, including water, sewer, gas, and electric services
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sitework or land development project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, land development regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
