Are you an experienced project manager interested in leading innovative airport infrastructure and advertising projects? If so, we’d love to have you join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Airport Area Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, management, and execution of airport capital improvement, digital media, and advertising infrastructure projects throughout the Las Vegas, NV area. This role leads projects from initial site survey through commissioning and closeout, ensuring projects are completed.

      What we’re looking for in YOU:

      • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.

      • Analyze information, problems, or situations to define problems, identify concerns/patterns, and formulate logical conclusions

      Education and experience:

      Required

      • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project managment, business, or a related discipline. (An equievelent of education and directly related professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.) 
      • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction, engineering, capital development, project management, or technology installation.
      • Direct experience managing construction or technology installations within active commercial airport or government facilities.
      • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects across multiple sites from initial planning through commissioning and closeout.
      • Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, bid packages, and multidisciplinary contractor teams.

      Preferred

      • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or registered architect license.
      • Experience with airport advertising concessions, out-of-home media, digital displays, display fabrication, and technology integration.
      • Experience supporting airport RFPs, concession transitions, terminal renovations, and ACDBE/DBE local business participation requirements.

      A day in the life:
       
      • Provide functional guidance and project supervision to Airport Project Managers and field crews assisting with project execution within the assigned area.
      • Manage assigned airport capital projects from site survey and scope development through design, permitting, construction, installation, commissioning, and final closeout.
      • Develop and control project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, bid packages, and field implementation plans.
      • Serve as primary project contact, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, airport departments, and local certified vendors.
      • Oversee compliance logistics, including permitting, badging, escorts, shutdowns, restricted work hours, safety protocols, and secure-area access.
      • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress, quality, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
      • Review contractor documentation, shop drawings, submittals, proposals, invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
      • Manage equipment deployment and testing, overseeing delivery, installation, commissioning, punch-list completion, and warranty handoffs.
      • Identify and escalate significant project risks, delays, cost exposures, and operational conflicts to the Director of Airport Projects.
      • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular status reports to leadership
      Physical demands and work environment:
      • The primary work environment for this position is an office.
      • The physical demands for this position are moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, reaching, seeing (reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50%, standing, stooping, talking, turning, walking, and climbing
      • Other physical demands include lifting, moving, pulling, and pushing loads of up to 10 pounds
      • Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by airport operating restrictions or construction schedules.
      • The typical time spent traveling is more than 50%, requiring frequent air travel to airports and project sites nationwide
