As a Technical Analyst Intern, you'll work with cross functional teams to support system analysis, integration activities, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution delivery. • Develop an understanding of CGI's industry focus, clients, organizational structure, and technology objectives.
• Build trusted relationships by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and clearly communicating ideas.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business and technical needs into organized, actionable inputs.
• Assist in analyzing applications, systems, workflows, and data to identify integration needs, issues, or improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities to help ensure solutions are reliable and meet business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, process flows, meeting notes, and other project materials to support implementation and knowledge sharing.
• Use modern and AI-enabled workplace tools to support technical analysis, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency.
• Apply responsible AI practices with appropriate human oversight to ensure attention to accuracy, privacy, security, and transparency when using AI-enabled tools.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and solution discussions to support project delivery and client outcomes.

• Current enrollment as a third-year student in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Certain positions may also require U.S. Citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance based on client or government requirements.
