Summary Description:
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Support Services Associate to work onsite at the assigned client location in Scottsbluff, NE
Daily Responsibilities
  • Open and sort incoming mail
  • Sort and batch payments received to be posted
  • Manage workflow process for refunded and returned checks
  • Process insurance company credit card payments
  • Retrieve documentation from Insurance company websites and online fax
  • Complete documentation retrieval request from internal and external partners
  • Use applications and software to store, manage, and track electronic and paper correspondence
  • Research unidentified mail to determine appropriate recipients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills and Education:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years document management experience; preferably revenue cycle related
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral, with people from diverse backgrounds, while providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and proficiently navigate diverse software applications required to manage assigned tasks
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement when needed
  • Detail oriented with time management and analytical skills
  • Be a self-starter and quick learner
  • Work well independently and as a team
  • Ability to work on-site at daily at assigned location
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
