Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate (Heavy) to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and equipment handling. This is a hands-on role that contributes directly to the efficiency, safety, and overall productivity of the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse environments-especially those involving high-volume manufacturing or inventory control.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational support for the Production & Blending Manager.
  • Forecast and track inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Conduct research and communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Substitute for warehouse staff across various roles as needed.
  • Help enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Execute processes for verifying incoming/outgoing shipments and handling merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and help improve them when necessary.
  • Inspect warehouse equipment and physical conditions to maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining building security protocols.
Requirements
