A national full-service business law firm with 200 attorneys and locations across the United States is seeking a Litigation associates for their Ft. Lauderdale office.
Qualifications:
  • 3-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • The ideal candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred.
  • Florida Bar required.
  • Candidates who are interested in splitting their time between the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami offices are welcome to apply.
