Job description

Your future role at a glance

Location: Austin, TX

Facility: Medical Park Tower

Department/Specialty: Research Cardiology Series

Schedule: Full time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Execute Daily Trial Operations: Oversee day-to-day project protocols, design strategies, and monitoring workflows for complex clinical trials.
  • Safeguard Data Integrity: Collect and maintain meticulous research records, case notes, and informed consents to ensure absolute accuracy and strict compliance.
  • Manage Risk & Resolutions: Identify, report, and resolve clinical protocol deviations and adverse events swiftly to protect trial integrity.
  • Advance Scientific Communication: Contribute to medical literature publications and prepare high-level lecture reports and presentations for global conferences.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Clinical research experience
  • Cardiology research experience desireable
