Senior Research and Implementation Associate

Description
This is more than a traditional research position. As our Senior Research and Implementation Associate, you'll take on meaningful ownership and project leadership from day one. You'll serve as an assistant project manager on complex client engagements and lead simpler projects independently.
You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and research methodologies, building both your technical expertise and project management skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Design thoughtful, actionable surveys for research engagements of moderate complexity.
  • Comfortably lead internal project meetings and participate in external client calls as needed.
  • Prepare clear, client-ready deliverables with limited guidance.
  • Organize and manage the storytelling process for straightforward research engagements.
  • Begin building trusted, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Support proposal development by conducting secondary research, gathering cost estimates, taking notes during RFP discussions, and contributing to presentation slides.
  • Step confidently into management-related activities on research and strategy engagements.
  • Execute support roles independently, accurately, and with confidence across various engagement types.
  • Strengthen your presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Deepen your understanding of financial metrics and how your responsibilities drive positive financial performance.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional maturity and calm confidence.
  • Mentor interns and Research & Implementation Associates on all aspects of project execution to ensure high quality work.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A degree in a related field is beneficial, but we equally value demonstrable, equivalent experience. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or research (or a related field).
  • A strong sense of ownership and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Professional maturity, problem-solving ability, and solid time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • SPSS knowledge is a plus.
