Position Overview: Profession: Physician Specialty: Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine Default Rate Type: Daily Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Days Shift Description: PRN Basis: As needed basis Shifts: TBD Half Day: 4 hours or less Full Day: 4-8 hours Job Details: Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing Rate Type: Daily Practice Setting: Ongoing PRN basis Board Certification: Required Certification Eligibility: Board Eligible State License: Oregon Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilize a Goniometer for assessments. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required. Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs). Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements. Additional Requirements: Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R. Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R. State License in Oregon.
