Departmental Role: Strengthen the HQ organization, so it provides the most effective and efficient support and resources to Affiliates.
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Development Operations Manager, the Temporary Prospect Research Assistant will assist in a Network-wide prospect research program, compiling research data using fundraising research tools as well as Salesforce. Responsibilities may expand to general administrative support for the department as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare data for prospect research screenings
  • Compile individual and institutional prospect research reports
  • Working with the Development Operations team, merge duplicate Salesforce records to create a duplicate-free donor database
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior bulk data entry & cleanup project experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites and SharePoint
  • Speed and accuracy under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Discretion to work with confidential donor information

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the fundraising environment
  • Knowledge of fundraising research tools, such as iWave and Candid
  • Prior Salesforce experience

Pay Rate: $25 per hour (40 Hour work weeks)
