Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze user feedback, conduct software research and development activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities * Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software-related issues. * Analyze user feedback and recommend system improvements. * Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using .NET technologies. * Execute and document software research and development projects. * Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks. * Develop and maintain database-driven applications. * Participate in unit testing, debugging, and software quality activities. * Support Agile software development processes and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to deliver software solutions. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * Active U.S. Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI. * Ability to meet DoD 8140 foundational requirements. * 5+ years of experience with VB, C#, .NET, and/or .NET Framework. * 3+ years of experience with SQL or other relational databases. * Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Windows desktop development and Windows Server environments. * Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. * Experience developing Microservices and RESTful APIs. * Agile development experience. * Knowledge of C++. * Strong mathematical and analytical skills. * CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent. Education Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field.
