Lead Palantir Foundry Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Lead Palantir Data Scientist to support and expand business-critical supply chain solutions built on Palantir Foundry. This individual will serve as a strategic analytics leader responsible for translating complex operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Palantir Foundry with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and build solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and development of analytical and decision-support solutions within Palantir Foundry.
  • Translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable data products and analytical applications.
  • Develop predictive models, forecasting capabilities, optimization frameworks, and decision intelligence solutions.
  • Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Design and maintain business object models using Foundry Ontology.
  • Build operational dashboards, analytical applications, and workflow-driven solutions within Foundry.
  • Support existing supply chain decision-support platforms and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and analytical outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Help shape future AI, machine learning, and GenAI initiatives leveraging Palantir Foundry and AIP.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
  • Strong background in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or Decision Intelligence.
  • Experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, optimization models, or decision intelligence applications.
  • Advanced Python proficiency for analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling, or AI development.
  • Experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Experience presenting analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with Foundry Ontology and business object models.
  • Familiarity with Foundry pipelines, data transformations, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience building analytical applications, operational dashboards, or decision support solutions in Foundry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Palantir AIP.
  • AI/ML and GenAI-enabled solution development.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations Analytics.
  • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain risk analysis, or network optimization.
  • Knowledge of Operations Research or Simulation Modeling.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or other modern cloud analytics platforms.
  • Palantir Foundry Certifications.
