About the Role

Argenta is seeking a Research & Development Analytical Scientist to join our Global CDO team at our Shawnee, KS facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to contribute to our Global CDO team and showcase their ability to muti-task.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements
  • Assist in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the technology transfer (methods and products) from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing
  • Support the Research & Development efforts of the company by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products.
  • Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects
  • Generate, document and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in science related field
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to work with outside customers and clients
