As the foundation of the Hogan Lovells Cadwalader Conflicts department, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, providing exceptional service while conducting in-depth research on corporate structures and affiliations. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international business and legal frameworks while contributing to a high-impact team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct corporate and conflicts database research to identify potential conflicts of interest for new clients, business, and firm new joiners to include lateral partner and counsel candidates
  • Maintain and update the firm's conflicts of interest database
  • Research corporate histories and affiliations of clients and related parties
  • Respond to internal requests for conflict searches from attorneys and business services staff
  • Support the resolution and clearance of conflicts issues alongside managers and analysts
  • Assist with a variety of research projects and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Participate in the firm's global Responsible Business program

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., with one hour for lunch
  • Flexibility for overtime as needed
