  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Property Managers, Leasing teams, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with operational objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead sources, conversion rates, and advertising effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand standards across all communities while developing property-specific marketing strategies when needed.
  • Direct content creation including photography, video, copywriting, newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, resident communications, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate property grand openings, lease-up campaigns, resident events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, advertising partners, photographers, designers, and digital agencies.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and maximize return on investment.
  • Stay current on multifamily industry trends, competitor activity, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications of the Multi-Family Marketing Manager:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience working with property management software and multifamily marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
