Job Title: Mobile Office Services Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and service-driven Mobile Office Services Associate to provide daily operational support across a dynamic corporate environment. This role serves as a roving resource, assisting across multiple floors and departments to ensure seamless office operations. Ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
The compensation outlined reflects expectations for candidates who fully meet the role's qualifications in terms of education and experience. While the position is open to both internal and external applicants, if a current Forrest Solutions employee is selected and does not meet all criteria, the title, structure, and compensation may be adjusted accordingly based on internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Mail & Courier Services
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Track deliveries and resolve issues as needed
Facilities & Floor Support
  • Conduct floor walkthroughs to identify and address issues
  • Restock supplies in pantries, copy rooms, and common areas
  • Set up/break down conference rooms and event spaces
Reprographics & Document Services
  • Operate printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Complete print, copy, and binding requests
  • Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate service calls
Reception & General Support
  • Provide backup reception coverage and greet visitors
  • Assist with workstation setups, moves, and onboarding
  • Respond to internal service requests and support daily operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in office services, facilities, or hospitality
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
