We would love for this position to be based at our beautiful corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, but we will also consider remote candidates. Periodic travel is required for conferences, fellowship outreach, networking events, clinic visits, and physician interviews.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle physician recruitment, from proactive sourcing and initial outreach through interviews, offers, acceptance, and transition to onboarding.
  • Build and continuously nurture a national pipeline of high-potential physicians for both current and future opportunities.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage physicians who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
  • Maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with physician prospects through regular follow-up, relevant opportunities, organizational updates, introductions, and other tailored touchpoints.
  • Build relationships with REI fellowship programs, fellowship directors, faculty, professional associations, and other physician referral sources.
  • Engage fellows early in their training and develop relationships that continue throughout their career journey.
  • Represent Pinnacle Fertility at physician conferences, specialty meetings, fellowship events, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen physician-to-physician referral networks across Pinnacle Fertility.
  • Coordinate an exceptional physician candidate experience, including interviews, clinic visits, leadership meetings, and timely follow-up.
  • Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and Legal throughout the physician offer and contract process.
  • Track pipeline activity, candidate engagement, recruiting outcomes, market intelligence, and future follow-up using ATS and CRM tools.
  • Provide leadership with regular insights regarding physician searches, pipeline strength, market conditions, competitive activity, and recruitment barriers.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of physician recruiting experience required.
    • Experience building and nurturing long-term physician pipelines across multiple markets.
    • Experience using ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and physician sourcing resources.
    • Experience in reproductive medicine, women's health, specialty medicine, or a multi-site healthcare organization is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive physician candidates.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with physicians and senior leaders.
    • A persistent, thoughtful, and highly organized approach to outreach and follow-up.
    • Ability to manage long recruitment cycles and multiple searches while maintaining strong candidate engagement.
    • Ability to travel periodically for physician recruiting and networking activities.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include generous PTO, paid holidays, and a retirement savings program. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
