What is a reproduction assistant?

Reproduction Assistants are professionals who help with the duplication, copying, or production of documents, images, or digital files in settings such as libraries, archives, print shops, or laboratories. Their responsibilities often include operating reproduction equipment, maintaining records, ensuring quality control, and handling both digital and physical materials. • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate lab records
    • Processing semen samples for insemination
    • Cryopreservation of semen samples
    • Manage inventory and restock lab supplies
    • Follow all safety, HIPAA, and lab protocol guidelines
    • Assist with quality control checks and documentation

    What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

    Qualifications and Skills Include:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in biology, chemistry, or a related field preferred
    • Prior experience in a laboratory or clinical environment is a plus
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work efficiently and follow precise instructions
    • Comfortable working in a highly regulated, sterile environment
    • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
    • Anticipate working every other weekend (flexible)
