Job Description

The Primary Overnight Spotter is the company’s front-line production role responsible for generating the majority of vehicle locations and repossession opportunities through overnight field operations. Operating under the 80/20 model, this position focuses on the highest-yield recovery window where most successful repossessions are identified and produced.

This role has access to the full account portfolio, including new assignments, making it one of the most critical production positions in the company. The Primary Overnight Spotter is expected to maximize volume, create fresh opportunities, and consistently drive recoveries through disciplined overnight field activity.

This position is ideal for motivated, performance-driven individuals who thrive working independently and want earnings tied directly to results.


Responsibilities

  • Run all available company accounts within assigned zones
  • Prioritize new assignments for immediate recovery opportunity

  • Update account notes with accurate location data
  • Submit nightly productivity reports
