• Proficiency in Crystal Reports software, including formula creation and report layout customization.
• Have experience in Callidus to configure and publish reports
• Working experience on SAP Commissions
Detailed Job Description:
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports software, including formula creation and report layout customization.
• Have experience in Embedded Analytics reporting
• Have experience in Callidus to configure and publish reports
• Working experience on SAP Commissions
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and report design principles.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages (may be required depending on the data source).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to understand user needs and translate them into actionable reports.
• Experience with database management and data extraction techniques (desirable).
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) concepts (a plus).
Report Design and Development:
• Analyze business requirements to understand the data needed for reports.
• Design reports using Crystal Reports software, including selecting data sources, applying filters, creating groups and sorts, and formatting layouts.
• Develop formulas and calculations to manipulate data using Stored Procedures.
• Integrate charts and graphs to visually represent data.
Data Source Management:
• Connect Crystal Reports to various data sources, including databases (like SAP HANA, SQL Server, Oracle), spreadsheets, and flat files.
• Write SQL queries (if necessary) to extract specific data for reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within reports.
Deployment and User Support:
• Deploy reports to a Crystal Reports server or other reporting platform for user access.
• Create and maintain report scheduling for automated delivery.
• Troubleshoot any report-related issues users encounter.
Additional Tasks:
• May be involved in creating reusable report templates for consistent formatting.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to define report requirements.
• Stay updated on new features and functionalities of Crystal Reports software.
