Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who would be proficient with working inside and/or outside, and willing to work in all weather conditions. Who is also able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Photograph, document, and inventory incoming vehicles through an app
  • Cleanout and itemize the personal property from repossessed vehicles
  • Follow safety guidelines, procedures and report any biohazard material
  • Properly tag items and inventory all personal property accordingly
  • Keep storage room clean and organized at all times
  • Maintain and oversee repossessed vehicle inventory on lot stay organized
  • Assist in verifying vehicles for transportation
  • Responsible in accurately preparing vehicles for scheduled pick up appointments
  • Ability to deal with the customers professionally in difficult circumstances
  • Assist with customers recovering personal property when needed
  • Attention to detail in collecting correct documentation and complete required paperwork electronically
  • Receive exact amount due of payment from customers and promptly make deposits
  • Monitor yard at all times
  • Other general duties around the warehouse/yard as needed
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Forklift experience is a plus but we will train!
  • Must have a cell phone and a reliable means of transportation to work
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be 23 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
  • Must pass drug screen 

The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm.

Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour
