Job Summary:
Nova Biomedical is seeking a Replenishment Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, picking, and maintaining finished goods and raw materials. This role is responsible for accurately picking work orders and internal material requests, performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized. The Replenishment Associate will also provide backup support to Order Processors/Shippers and assist with training and developing new employees as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Put away finished goods received internally or from other Nova Biomedical facilities.
- Put away incoming raw materials in their designated warehouse locations.
- Pick work orders to support instrument manufacturing operations.
- Pick stock transport orders for Waltham raw materials stored at 4 Enterprise Road.
- Pick material issue transactions for internal Nova Biomedical customers.
- Perform cycle counts and support the maintenance of accurate inventory records.
- Identify and report inventory location discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse duties and operate specialized equipment typically used in warehousing.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, organized, and safe.
- Report unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Provide backup support to Order Processors/Shippers as needed.
- Assist with the training and development of new employees.
- Use practical approaches to resolve problems and support efficient warehouse operations.
- Compile and maintain appropriate warehouse and inventory records in an organized and accurate manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement by proactively identifying and suggesting new ideas.
- Backfill within the department to provide coverage for employee absences and vacations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management that are relevant to the position.
Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, delivery, or related work.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate specialized equipment typically used in warehousing.
- Knowledge of and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Some knowledge of domestic shipping systems, including UPS WorldShip, FedEx Café, and USPS, preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Quality System requirements preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and maintain organized records.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable and adaptable, with a positive, proactive approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Strong sense of urgency and effective time-management skills.
- Willingness to generate ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- High standard for personal performance and accountability.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to [25–50] pounds as required.
- Comfort with performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Able to bend, reach, stoop, or climb as needed.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., noise, temperature, equipment).
- Proficiency in operating tools, machinery, or technical equipment.
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) required.

Work Location: Onsite in Billerica, MA
Targeted Salary Range: $22 to $23 an hour
