Description:

Alliance Workforce Management is hiring Production Line Workers for a leading cold-temperature food manufacturing facility in Owasso. These roles support high-volume production by assembling, handling, and packaging meat and poultry products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.


Responsibilities
  • Assemble, handle, and process meat and poultry products according to department specifications.
  • Follow production standards, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as packing, sorting, loading, or hand motions depending on department.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Support production flow and meet daily output targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish & English (all English levels accepted).
  • Ability to work in cold environments (35°F–45°F).
  • Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
  • Cold production environment with exposure to raw poultry/meat.
  • Wet floors and fast-paced, repetitive tasks.
  • Required PPE includes smocks, rubber-soled shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, and hard hats.
  • GMP and HACCP awareness required.

  • Standing 8–12 hours per shift.
