We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Shop Foreman/Dispatcher to join our team at Friendly Ford Lincoln. In this role, you will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure efficient dispatching to meet the needs of our customers. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to our technicians while maintaining a positive and productive shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
  • Dispatch technicians to service vehicles to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
