About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Bike Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, a strong understanding of bicycle mechanics and parts, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every bike that leaves our shop is in top condition.

As a Bike Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing bikes for sale, performing a variety of service functions, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be a dependable and adaptable team player, with a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

Duties will include:

  • Assembling and preparing bikes for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Performing a variety of service functions on new and used bikes, including repairs, maintenance, and customization.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience preferred working as a technician/mechanic in a bike shop.
