  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Overtime opportunities

Benefits

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) with up to a 4% company match (eligible after 6 months)
  • Company-provided uniforms and safety gear
  • Ongoing technical training and apprenticeship support
  • Employee Referral Bonus Program (up to $700 per referral)
  • Stable, year-round work

What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced licensed plumbers while gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of residential plumbing and heating.

Depending on business needs and your experience level, you'll assist with and learn:

  • Residential service calls
  • Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
  • Water heater and tankless water heater installations
  • Boiler installations and heating systems
  • New construction plumbing
  • Remodel plumbing
  • Underground, rough, and finish plumbing
  • Fixture installation
  • Gas piping
  • System testing and commissioning
  • Jobsite preparation and cleanup
  • Customer communication and professionalism

Our apprentices rotate between our service, installation, and construction departments to build a broad knowledge base and develop into highly skilled plumbers.

Required

  • Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice (or eligible to register)
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation to report to our North Billerica shop each workday
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to safely lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Personal tools
  • Ability to work in all three (rotating) service, installation, and construction departments as business needs require

Preferred

  • Previous residential plumbing or HVAC experience
  • Experience with remodels or new construction
  • Personal hand tools
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
  • OSHA 10 Certification
