As a Warehouse Associate - Acknowledgements, you will play an essential role in preparing outgoing mail, fulfilling orders, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure materials are processed accurately and efficiently. You will operate production equipment, maintain inventory, assist with shipping and storage, and help keep the warehouse organized while supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact:
  • Operate production machines used to process outgoing mail
  • Pick, pack, and prepare client materials for fulfillment
  • Sort mail through tray breakdown processes
  • Verify mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead and materials
  • Monitor print quality and ensure finished products meet quality standards
  • Assist with warehouse inventory, storage, and shipment of finished products
  • Move products throughout the warehouse according to daily production and shipping plans
  • Repack or restack pallets of finished products as needed
  • Complete assigned production forms and reports accurately
  • Perform routine equipment checks to ensure machines are operating properly
  • Participate in onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing development opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding questions, concerns, and production issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support departmental production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times
  • Work overtime, including Saturdays, during periods of increased mail volume
  • Navigate between departments (100-600 ft) approximately 95% of the time
  • Remain on the production floor until scheduled break times
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Your Profile:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Two years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures or the ability to quickly learn company products and processes
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to maintain consistent on-site attendance and work scheduled hours
