Production/General Labor Associate 

Location: Fremont, MI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00 per hour 

Job Summary 

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Baby Food Repacking Associate to join our team in Fremont, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production operations, helping ensure high-quality baby food products are safely repacked and prepared for distribution while meeting strict food safety and quality standards. 

What You'll Be Doing 

As a Baby Food Repacking Associate, your core responsibilities will include: 

Repack Baby Food Products: Repack products according to established quality and food safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity. 

Maintain Production Efficiency: Work in a very fast-paced production environment while meeting daily production goals and maintaining attention to detail. 

Inspect Products and Packaging: Perform quality checks on products and packaging to identify defects and ensure compliance with company standards. 

In addition, you will also be expected to rotate between workstations approximately every 30 minutes, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and workplace procedures. Some Saturdays may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications: 

Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift. 

Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements throughout the workday. 

Ability to lift, carry, and move products and materials as needed. 

Availability to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
