Job description

The Repack Associate is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and repacking fresh produce into customer-ready packaging. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product quality and presentation, ensuring our customers receive the best.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, sort, and repack fresh produce according to quality standards
  • Discard defective or spoiled items in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Label and package products accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production goals
  • Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned\


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in produce handling, food processing, or warehouse work is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (temperature-controlled warehouse)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Basic English communication skills required (bilingual a plus)
  • Ability to use warehouse equipment
