Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Industry: Pharma

Location: Brooks, KY

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr plus $2.00/hr shift differential

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 12pm to 10:30pm (10 to 12 hour shifts, until job is completed)

Client Overview

This role is based at a large pharmaceutical distribution center that handles storage, labeling, and shipping of medical and healthcare products. The facility includes refrigerated cooler areas for temperature sensitive products, and workers rotate between cooler and room temperature zones throughout the shift.

What You'll Do

  • Pick and check orders using a rolling cart to fulfill customer needs
  • Relabel and repack products as needed
  • Perform aggregated serialization and inspections on products
  • Rotate in and out of a refrigerated cooler (24 degrees) for a couple of hours at a time
  • Receive and store incoming goods, checking against receiving documents
  • Stock shelves and rotate stock so older items are used first
  • Palletize completed orders
  • Use Klever cutters and tape guns to prepare shipments
  • Perform daily counts and help research discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift

What We Need From You

  • Able to lift 40 to 75 pounds regularly
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and bend for long periods
  • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
  • Able to read English well enough to compare product labels and descriptions
  • Basic math skills

Preferred/Bonus

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Prior experience in a GMP regulated facility
  • Basic computer skills
